The Vine Mental Wellness Centers (“The Vine,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) provides SMS text messaging to support patient care, appointment coordination, and customer service.
By opting in to receive SMS messages from The Vine Mental Wellness Centers, you agree to these SMS Terms & Conditions.
SMS CONSENT
Patients may begin the appointment scheduling process through The Vine Mental Wellness Centers website and complete registration through our secure patient portal powered by SimplePractice.
During the electronic intake process, patients review and electronically sign the Acknowledgement of Practice Policies, which includes an SMS Communication Consent section.
By electronically signing this document, patients expressly agree to receive SMS text messages from The Vine Mental Wellness Centers.
Consent to receive SMS messages is voluntary and is not a condition of receiving health care services.
TYPES OF SMS MESSAGES
You may receive SMS messages concerning:
• Appointment reminders
• Appointment scheduling and rescheduling
• Intake instructions
• Billing notifications
• Prescription-related communications
• Care coordination
• Responses to patient-initiated inquiries

SMS messages are sent only after a patient or prospective patient has provided express consent to receive them.

You may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any text message from The Vine Mental Wellness Centers.
After your opt-out request has been processed, you will no longer receive SMS messages unless you provide new consent to receive them.
